Our Hunting Equipment Return Policy

If you find that any of the hunting equipment that you have purchased from us needs to be returned, we can accept your return as long as the product is new, unused, and still in its original packaging. For more information regarding the details on returning products, you can contact us and we can address any questions or concerns. When you call us, we will provide you with shipping details and an authorization number for your return.

All returns on hunting equipment must be completed within 30 days of purchase. If a customer returns anything after this date, they will be required to pay a 5% restocking fee. We recommend that returns are made as early as possible. On all returns, the customer is responsible for incidental shipping costs.

The following are the conditions for all returns on hunting equipment and other outdoor gear that we sell:

  • Items must be in their original packages
  • The original packaging slip must be included in the return
  • The authorization number provided by our customer service representative must be visibly displayed on the package
  • Items must be sent through a traceable shipment company such as FedEx, UPS, or similar

Please keep in mind that we do not accept returns on discontinued items or any kind of ammo. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return of any hunting equipment or you would like to receive a return authorization number, you can call us and we will assist you.

All of our discount hunting equipment and outdoor gear can be shipped anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or anywhere outside the United States. This includes Puerto Rico, Guam, and Canada.

We ship all products that you order through a trusted shipping agency such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. When you purchase any hunting equipment, you can specify the shipping company of your choice during the checking process. If you select UPS, you will be given updated tracking information for your packages.

Shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of the hunting equipment in its packaging. You will be given a custom shipping cost on purchases before your order is completed. Most of our products are shipped on the business day following the date on which the order was placed.
